This was my second purchase as my partner wanted one too. We love them!!! We had the same issues with both bikes, broken front fender and no rear luggage rack. also directions were not very helpful. Customer service is very helpful as they sent new fenders and rack for first bike and waiting now for the second set.
My wife loves her new Ecotric Lark. It was a bit tricky to assemble without instructions but we got it done. We were missing the back rack but Ecotric staff responded super fast and sent it to us. The bike seems to run great so far. My wife kills me on the hills as I ride on my Specialized trail bike. She had a smile on her face the entire ride. The motor makes a little noise but it sure works well. Overall we are very happy with the bike.
First ride today and bike performed beautifully. Plenty of power and battery longevity. Seat kinda rough on the bottom after an hour or so, might've been nicer if suspension seat post had been included instead of solid seat post, going to order one and a gel cushion to see if that helps. Rode on crushed limestone 'rail to trail' for ~10 miles without a problem, battery indicator showed only one bar depleted after ride. Is there an easy way to switch odometer to tripometer?
