The bag came with all the pieces, however there was no instruction manual. Honestly, it was pretty easy to build anyway so overall no complaints. It works just as expected, keeps food warm for a long period of time, and helps keep me organized on my deliveries. Very great bag and affordable.
I’m compelled to write this review -I bought a used and abused 2nd hand ecotric hammer -beast with 26 x 4.0 tires with 3300 actual miles on odometer I’ve put an additional 1500 miles on it over rough terrain and this thing has never let me down- only work i have done is oil the chain and replace front and rear pads on it it is a beast and better suited for tall people but I’m 5’7” and have adapted to it- i highly recommend this company because of the durability of this one- i’m in the process of purchasing a new one but haven’t decided which one stay tuned!!
