Recieved my bike two nights ago, and put it together last night. It went together really easily (tbh, I do have some bike maintenance experience), but nothing a novice who pays attention can't handle. As my last step, I removed the battery to charge, and found that the mounting bracket had broken during shipment. Sh*t happens, especially when shipping large items; I get it, no worries. I take a couple of pics, and blast an an email to customer service, figuring I'd hear in a few days. I was completely blown away when Jay wrote me back in less than 10 minutes, readily agreeing to drop ship me a new bracket, which went out the next day (today). High praise and many thanks directed to Jay and crew.
