Pretty good delivery and service the only thing I wish they did or should I say wish they would have is a diagram with all the part numbers for the so it's easier to order parts for my bike
Needed mounting brackets for the read out screen. After several attempts they were able to secure me some on an order that was arriving. Now on my bike to complete it again. Love my bike
Brackets are fine and what was expected. They fit and are a duplicate of original part.
The main comment I have is the extra fast shipment and delivery of them. Excellent response and customer service.
Parts were sent out quickly. Shipping info was complete and timely. All parts were included as ordered. The Tech that I spoke with was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. A+ rating !

Still can't get shifter work correctly
The e-bike works great on our logging roads. Just a little noise coming from the chain bouncing on the frame once and awhile. A little felt tape was fixed
