Buyers beware of this vendor. They are selling refurbished products and unable to support after sale. I contacted support but they are refused to return my bike. They never accepting the problem with bike and ready to send parts or accept bike returns. They review system also not accepting 1 star rating. All my reviews never got published.
So far: love it
I bought the fat tire beach snow bike for my wife because I have the same model with 500 miles already. 4 months ago I decide to buy a ebike and I opt for ecotric because have lot of good reviews and the bike seems strong. My experience with the ebike is awesome I have no complaints at all just wish the brake was hydraulic but out of that the bike runs and stop well
Overall I am pleased with the bike. The addition of the rear rack and assembling it along with the fenders was a bit more tedious than the videos show.
