I mistakenly left the key I the battery while it was parked when I was doing delivery. I didn't realize it until I got back. I thought the key was in my pocket, but it wasn't. When I couldn't find it, I realized I accidentally left it in the ignition and someone stole it. But thank goodness Ecotric had a set available for me to buy. I'll try not to forget next time. I won't make that mistake again.
Lost the keys to my wife’s bike. Wasn’t sure what to do. Went on the web sight and found they had available a locket and keys for $20. Ordered it and it arrived timely. Was easy to install and now we are out riding again.

I haven't had any problems with the bike. It rides great and stay charged for a long time . A good bike to ride in the city
