The bike is too big for me. How can I exchange it? I saw on the website is a 30 day trial
I’ve only had for a week, fast well packaged delivery. The display had a cracked screen noticed immediately upon opening. Customer service was on it immediately a non issue and I had the new display in two days. I highly suggest watching the assembly video vs the printed booklet. My plan is off road riding, no street use, but it looks very well built, stout and from previous reviews should serve me well. I’m excited to use it. For right now I thinks it’s a full five star on every level..
Great bike, just needs fenders and better quality headlight
I switched the brake levers,adjusted the gears,installed a mtb stem.I put on 25 miles riding the Virginia Creeper Trail.This bike rides smooth and fast.Its a big boy should be 6 ft tall to ride.Wish I could just get a rear fender oh well.I do like this bike alot
A great bike to ride,, gets tons of compliments,,a few questions and issues after bike was shipped,,,tech support and customer service are very responsive,,,even offering to pay for a brake caliper adjustment if I took to a bike shop,,,luckily a friend who works on bikes was able to easily correct problem. I would and already have,,,recommend this bike and company to anyone.
