This was the exact controller I needed for my Peacedove. I emailed Ecotric with a description of what I needed and less than a day they emailed me back with a link so I could order it. It plugged right in for an easy installation and works perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the support response and the controller.
I am very disappointed with your company. First of all my bike was still under the warranty but your company still charged me $64 for the controller. Secondly the controller you sent didn't work. They said that they would reimburse me for the cost of the controller but would not supply me with a replacement for the one that they sent that didn't work. So in other words I'll get my money back but I won't get a replacement controller that's still under warranty. On top of everything else the individual to whom I was corresponding to was very rude and never addressed the fact that the part was still under warranty. I will never do business with your company again and I will contact as many social media platforms as I can to inform them of your practices
I've actually purchased 3 of these electric bikes so far, and have been very happy with them. They seem to be a great value for the money.

Still can't get shifter work correctly
The e-bike works great on our logging roads. Just a little noise coming from the chain bouncing on the frame once and awhile. A little felt tape was fixed
