Fast delivery on my bike. I'm thinking 5 or 6 days. Bike was packed well and there was no damage enroute to my house.
This is my second starfish e-bike. I'm glad that I have two because I had to look at my first bike to figure out how to install the handlebars. Not very good explanation of how to do that in the manual that came with the bike.
However, you could email the company and they would help you with that if need be. I bought my first starfish bike from a friend and I was riding a Huffy 26-in bike before that, so it took me a few minutes to get used to the smaller frame and smaller wheels that the starfish has.
I like that this bike only weighs 51 lbs. I am 69 years old but am in pretty good shape for my age. I store my bike in the basement where I live and it's not too hard for me to take it down the eight steps. I take the battery out before I transport it up and down the steps so it's probably closer to 41 lbs total weight. It is a well-made bike with good welds, etc. My first bike is 2 1/2 years old and the only repairs were going through two pairs of brake pads on the front wheel and one pair of brake pads on the rear. I got a better more cushiony seat for it as the original seat is a real nut buster with not much cushion. I weigh 200 lb and 6 ft 1 in tall. Pretty easy for me to navigate this bike. It's not a real fast bike but it has good power and it's fast enough for the in town riding that I use it for in my small town.
I've been using this brand the last 6 years and afraid to try any other brand because this one was good to me. I hope the rumor isn't true that you guys are selling what you have of Inventory to focus on selling electric motorcycles 😕
This is my second Ecotric bike and my wife loved it. This model is faster than my Chetaah and super comfortable to ride. The only issue I got, the screen seems kind of scratched, it didn’t come with the plastic protector (I don’t know if that was the issue), it works perfect just looks scratched on the edges.
It’s a great bike. Instructions on putting together could be better but I will be buying another
Its an amazing smooth riding bike, off road, on road, superior braking,comfort, it glides like a seagull streaming through the air , love it
