3622C1H Controller for Model 26'' fat bike, Rocket and Leopard

As a non experienced ebike worker, It was easy to replace all the wiring to the correct spots because of the exact plugs and attachments. Thank you so much!!! And my son's ebike works great now!

The controller came in a few days to the bike shop. The ebike was ready the next day and works fine. I helped by sending photos of the bad controller and the the whole bike. Ecotric noticed that I needed motor wires so I got them, too.

The controller itself was pretty easy to install. However, removing the older controller posed a challenge to discount. Discounting the old controller was difficult because the melted wires essentially fused the wires together. I was eventually successful. The team at Ecotric was helpful with diagnosing the issue. Their email response was quick and made the entire process pretty easy. The bike works great just like it was before. Looking forward to getting back on the bike now.

Took too long to get .I ask questions and haven't gotten A reply.Why dont you explain the gears?You shift up to 4.You go down to stop.You go in 5 to lose dogs.4 or 5 on the manual gears is good to stick until Mr.Hill has you down in 1 or 2?!A slow ascent keeps you battery healthy and ride fun.
