This is my wife's first e bike and she loves it so far. I ordered this for her and it came within a week. It was pretty easy to put together. She really likes riding it in the neighborhood it is not too fast for her and really comfortable. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a first e bike.
Only had it a week but bike was delivered in good shape and was really easy to assemble. This is my 3rd Ecotric bike and so far do not have any real issues. One of my bikes the Rocket is h sedan for hunting and has to handle rough conditions and so far after 3 years of hunting holding up great.
