Terrible customer service!

Battery died after less than a year, customer service is awful, I’m having to jump through hoops to have the situation handled. And NO, they do not replace the battery with a new one, they repair it and give you a REFURBISHED battery. It’s been a month, and I’m still without a bike. Awful customer experience ever!!!!!!

I enjoyed it and take to work each day. I was surprised that it is able to easily tow my grocery load back home with no problem. Good product so far and good price.

Good for the money

Bought this bike a while back Love the bike just wish you could raise the handle bars up more for comfort. Brakes are a bit jerky. I had to change the seat for comfort added a light for front and back so I don't get run over wish I could get rack for carrying items otherwise it is worth the money and fun for the speed it goes.

Got the bike and rode it once. The front wheel popped off and got it fixed. We had even more issues the bike wouldn’t start. Rode it one time and it broke. They won’t even send a new bike.
